物料需求计划管理和物料控制

1.1To maintain ｍａｓｔｅ data ａｎｄ settle safety time in the system, in order to make sure order correction ａｎｄ reasonable stock level.

维护系统中零件物料相关主数据维护和设置零件安全库存天数，以确保零件订单正确性，保证合理库存。

1.2To order serial production local parts based on system demａｎｄ, including INT/EXT/BIW parts, to release call-off to local suppliers.

依据系统需求为整车各车型订购序列生产所需要的国产零件，包含内饰件、外饰件、装焊件，向国产供应商触发系统订单。

1.3To do IDOC regular checking ａｎｄ communicate with IT to hａｎｄle system issue in order to insure data accuracy.

定期检查国产件系统IDOC，与IT同事保持沟通，及时处理相关问题，保证系统数据的准确性。

1.4To analyse ａｎｄ control Daily DOH； to adjust safety time to optimize stock level, meantime fulfill daily production.

分析和控制每日库存天数，确保零件供应满足生产需求，同时通过分析，动态调整安全库存天数，优化库存水平。

2.Local JIT part delivery management

国产JIT供应商零件在途运输管理

2.1 To track Local JIT parts delivery status ａｎｄ insure adequate parts arrival on time.

跟踪国产JIT零件运输情况，协调零件按时按量到货。

2.2 To analyse ａｎｄ track delivery status to lower DOH by considering transportation lead time.

长期跟踪零件发货及运输情况，通过分析优化零件发货和进厂时间，以降低零件库存天数。

2.3 To calculate line stop time, to arrange ａｎｄ track urgent transportation when encounter bad weather or transport limitation.

如遇恶劣天气、交通管制等特殊情况，安排紧急运输，跟踪零件动态，确保零件及时到厂。

2.4 To involve supplier evaluation：grade supplier with Logistics weakness & strengthen to improve future service.

参与国产供应商年度评分考核工作，对国产供应商发生的物流问题逐项扣分，促进国产供应商更好地为BBAC服务。

2.5 To manage transportation service of Milkrun forwarders.

管理Milkrun承运商的运输服务。

3.Local JIS part supply management

JIS供应商零件排序供货管理

3.1 To manage JIS supplier daily supply, to coordinate parts demａｎｄ ａｎｄ sequence issues.

管理JIS供应商日常供货，协调供应商对排序信息、排序件需求等提出的问题。

3.2 To coordinate with production plan department when urgent parts demａｎｄ block ａｎｄ sequence adjustment, to follow up delivery status.

对国产供应商因零件供应紧张提出锁车/调序的申请，核实紧急零件库存状态后，将申请方案传递给生产计划同事，依据生产计划部门确认的实际调整方案进行后续到货跟踪。

3.3 To export regular settlement report to JIS suppliers.

定期导出JIS结算报告发给国产供应商。

3.4 To involve supplier evaluation：grade supplier with Logistics weakness & strengthen to improve future service.

参与国产供应商年度评分考核工作，对国产供应商发生的物流问题逐项扣分，促进国产供应商更好地为BBAC服务。

4.Part change management

零件变更管理

4.1 To control model year change parts: lower scrap cost ａｎｄ on time delivery.

年度型切换零件控制：确保新件按时按量供应的同时，降低剩余件报废金额。

4.2 To control ECC change parts: based on ECC group information, to communicate with supplier ａｎｄ manage old & new part change.

ECC切换零件控制：根据ECC组提供的工程变更切换信息，与供应商进行沟通和追踪，进行新旧零件变更控制，确保顺利切换。

5 .Support PT Tryout local part ordering ａｎｄ material requisition

支持订购PT试装需求和物料领用需求

5.1 To order PT tryout local parts based on BVA BOM, to track parts arrival status, to make sure try out release.

依据BVA提供的各车型年度型PT阶段试装BOM需求来订购试装车所需要的国产零件，跟踪国产试装件供应及到货情况。

5.2 To support BBAC internal material requisition.

支持BBAC内部物料领用需求。
个人要求、任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先University Degree or above, Technical orientated preferable

China or similar stａｎｄards institutions overseas, students studied abroad is preferred.)

2.有物流相关领域工作经验，最好是汽车制造业；Working experience logistics related position, preferably in automotive industry.

3.在物流工作3年以上工作经验Above 3 years’ experience in Logistics

4.较强的中英文表达和书面写作能力；Strong verbal ａｎｄ written communication skills in both English ａｎｄ Chiness.

5.熟练使用微软办公软件；Good knowledge with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) . 具备ERP知识，SAP经验.With ERP Knowledge, SAP experience

6.工作认真细心，责任心强，有独立解决问题的能力，有良好的社交能力和技巧. Diligent, conscientious, good communication ａｎｄ independent problem solving skills, good social skill.

注：熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
