岗位职责、工作范围:
1, Be responsible for the implementation of the strategy of import snacks and beverage; be familiar with the market trend of the industry. 2, Set up the sale target and gross margin plan and ensure implementation of the plan achievement. 3, Develop category plan and products import plan. 4, Be responsible for the marketing and business development; Be in charge of the major promotion activities. 5, Be responsible for the selection of suppliers, and negotiating for the best trading conditions with effective price strategy; 6, Be responsible for the construction of talent team and improvement of the personnel training.
个人要求、任职资格:
1, Fluent oral English, 3 years of imported food purchasing and marketing experience; understanding of retail, promotion and sales trend of the product line; 2, With European and American areas study background or Hong Kong and Taiwan working experience is preferred, 3, Familiar with supplier management and processes, and have a certain degree of supplier resources; 4, Good communication, negotiation skills, and analysis ability; 5, Have a strong sense of responsibility, good learning ability and adaptability; 6, Accept the company integrity, customer, execution, innovation of enterprise culture. 7, Full of team spirit, active thinking, innovative spirit, willing to accept new things
