岗位职责、工作范围:
1, Be responsible for the implementation of the strategy of import snacks ａｎｄ beverage； be familiar with the market trend of the industry.
2, Set up the sale target ａｎｄ gross margin plan ａｎｄ ensure implementation of the plan achievement.
3, Develop category plan ａｎｄ products import plan.
4, Be responsible for the marketing ａｎｄ business development； Be in ｃｈａｒge of the major promotion activities.
5, Be responsible for the ｓｅｌｅｃｔion of suppliers, ａｎｄ negotiating for the best trading conditions with effective price strategy；
6, Be responsible for the construction of talent team ａｎｄ improvement of the personnel training.
个人要求、任职资格:
1, Fluent oral English, 3 years of imported food purchasing ａｎｄ marketing experience； understａｎｄing of retail, promotion ａｎｄ sales trend of the product line；
2, With European ａｎｄ American areas study background or Hong Kong ａｎｄ Taiwan working experience is preferred,
3, Familiar with supplier management ａｎｄ processes, ａｎｄ have a certain degree of supplier resources；
4, Good communication, negotiation skills, ａｎｄ analysis ability；
5, Have a strong sense of responsibility, good learning ability ａｎｄ adaptability；
6, Accept the company integrity, customer, ｅｘｅｃution, innovation of enterprise culture. 7, Full of team spirit, active thinking, innovative spirit, willing to accept new things
