岗位职责、工作范围:
1. 根据公告内容, 编制变动市场费用支付计算表 Develop the Variable expense payment excel sheet based on the policies. 2. 审核销售公司的变动市场费用计算结果, 并最终达成一致 Review the payment detail from Sales company and achieve the alignment. 3. 审核公告要求的证明材料, 并将审核结果反馈销售公司和经销商 Review the evidence required by the bulletin and response the issue to Sales Company and dealers 4. 每月对变动市场费用的支付结果进行分析 Analyze the monthly payment 5. 对变动市场费用支付的问题进行跟踪 Track the payment issue 6. 与销售公司各团队、经销商就支付的流程、数据和问题进行沟通。
个人要求、任职资格:
最低学历要求:本科 外语要求: 工作年限:0 其他任职资格:1. 至少2年以上财务会计或相关领域的工作经验,汽车行业优先。 At least 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting or related fields, automotive industry experience is preferred. ?????金融、财会类专业本科以上学历。 Bachelor degree or above in finance and accounting. 2. 良好的分析和逻辑技能。 ?????? Good analytical and logic skills. 3. 良好的英语听、说、写的能力。 Good English in listening, speaking and writing. 4. 熟练操作计算机,尤其是Excel, Word, Outlook。 ?? Proficient in computer operation, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook. 5. 良好的交流与协作能力。 Good communication and coordination skills.
注:熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
