1.    Work with NICE R&D teams to ｅｘｅｃute research projects with   spectroscopy (FTIR/UV/Fluorescence) ａｎｄ NMR；
2.    Develop, implement ａｎｄ establish analytical methods for spectroscopy   ａｎｄ NMR analysis of catalyst, fuel, polymer, etc., ａｎｄ provide analytical   interpretation associated with these investigations.
3.    Collaborate with experts who use other ｃｈａｒacterization   techniques (e.g., spectroscopy, surface analysis, thermal analysis,   morphology analysis, etc.) to solve the challenging problems.
4.    Provide/oversee routine maintenance support on various   analytical equipments.

职责：

1.      用光谱（FTIR/UV/Fluorescence）和核磁NMR协助NICE研发团队完成相关分析表征工作。
2.      负责开发、执行和建立催化剂，油品，高分子等的光谱和核磁结构分析方法，并提供实验报告包括实验结果的解释。
3.      与其他表征领域专家合作（色谱分析，表面分析，热分析，微观形貌表征等）共同解决挑战性的问题。
4.      负责相关仪器的日常维护和保养。
个人要求、任职资格:
Qualifications:

Major in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, material chemistry, chemical engineering.
M.S at least 2 years of industrial /academia experience on FTIR/UV/Fluorescence ａｎｄ NMR analysis.
In-depth knowledge of analytical instrumentation, be familiar with the mechanism, working range of different sampling modes of FTIR, such as transmission, ATR, diffuse reflectance, etc. ａｎｄ the related in-situ experiment operation.
Strong problem solving skills in the area of spectroscopy ａｎｄ NMR analysis.
Must be a good team player, result oriented, initiative, can hａｎｄle assignments independently.
Good English communication skills.
要求：

有机化学、分析化学、材料化学、化工等专业硕士以上学历
2年以上光谱（红外/紫外/荧光）和NMR分析相关工作经验，
分析仪器方面知识过硬，熟悉傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的各类测试模式（如透射、衰减全反射、漫反射）的原理、使用及相关原位试验的操作
在光谱和NMR分析方面，有很强的解决问题能力
应聘者必须具有良好的团队精神，注重成效，积极主动，能够独立完成指定的工作
英语沟通能力强
