· Ensure tax compliance, reporting, ａｎｄ filing in China for the company ａｎｄ branches；

· Prepare tax forecast for P/L ａｎｄ cash flow；

· Drive tax planning projects re. compliance, tax benefit, minimizing exposures； 

· Establish ａｎｄ review transfer pricing policies together with shareholder related company teams ａｎｄ ensure that all methodology ａｎｄ documentations are in line with local laws；

· Liaise with tax bureau ａｎｄ external advisors, provide proactive support for tax reform, audit, self-inspection etc；

· Act as the key point of contact ａｎｄ business partner for China tax ａｎｄ customs matters internally ａｎｄ externally.
个人要求、任职资格:
· Hａｎｄs on ａｎｄ practical experience in calculating ａｎｄ filing company income tax, value added tax, local education ａｎｄ construction surｃｈａｒge for company； 

· Preferably has China Certified Tax Agent (CTA) certificate； 

· Big4 tax manager experience of at least 2 years is a plus；

· Proactive, excellent interpersonal, communication (in both oral ａｎｄ written English) ａｎｄ presentation skills；

· Strong project management, analytical ａｎｄ problem solving skills.
