| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Plan, develop ａｎｄ implement publishing services for XJTLU owned intelligence property ａｎｄ XJTLU staff；
2. Serve as a publishing specialist for the University, e.g. copyright, procedural work, etc.
3. Participate in planning ａｎｄ carrying out publishing projects ａｎｄ publish service policies ａｎｄ set stａｎｄard for publication process together with press ａｎｄ investigators/authors；
4. Serve as back-up to textbook operation officer if needed, e.g., textbook daily operation, respond to queries of textbooks, textbook customization etc.
5. Assist in the management of bookshop daily operation；
6. Undertake other duties related to the role as required by Team Leader.
个人要求、任职资格:
With solid cross-cultural background, excellent written ａｎｄ spoken skills in both English ａｎｄ Chinese languages；Excellent communication, coordination ａｎｄ presentation skills；High level of computer literacy, ａｎｄ contextual understａｎｄing of integrated library systems；Strong analytical, communication ａｎｄ organizational skills ａｎｄ the ability to XJTLU staff ａｎｄ press representatives；Strong commitment to service, ａｎｄ flexibility to adapt to an evolving environment；Ability to work under pressure, show initiative ａｎｄ multi-task；Aptitude for accuracy ａｎｄ attention to detail.
注：熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
