| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Assist the Project Manager based in Programme Management ａｎｄ Quality Assurance Office ａｎｄ academic departments seeking professional accreditation with regard to documentation preparation ａｎｄ on-site visits support；
2. Liaise with ａｎｄ provide high quality advice ａｎｄ guidance for academic staff ａｎｄ secretaries in departments ａｎｄ centres concerning programme application, amendment approval processes ａｎｄ quality assurance operations；
3. Work with academic departments ａｎｄ related offices in drafting, editing ａｎｄ proof-reading Chinese documentation as part of new degree programme approval application ａｎｄ Chinese Degree Awarding Power application processes to the Ministry of Education, China ａｎｄ the Department of Education, Jiangsu；
4. In coordination with other team members to ensure smooth coordination ａｎｄ implementation of internal quality assurance operations in alignment with strategies of Centre for Academic Affairs；
5. Liaise with external constituencies, including governmental agencies, quality assurance offices, university partners, external reviewers ａｎｄ assessors, as needed；
6. Collaborate with other team members ａｎｄ engage in documentation preparation ａｎｄ logistic arrangements for University of Liverpool (UoL) Annual Monitoring Visit ａｎｄ other quality assurance visitors；
7. Attend regular departmental video conference meetings between academic departments at XJTLU ａｎｄ their equivalent departments at UoL as a representative from Centre for Academic Affairs；
8. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Office or Centre.
