| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Manage hazardous chemical procurement, maintain ａｎｄ dispose ａｎｄ special equipment maintenance.
2. Develop ａｎｄ implement laboratory safety policies ａｎｄ ensure policies ａｎｄ procedures are implemented.
3. Inspect the workplace for potential hazards, identify potential hazards, assess the risks ａｎｄ report potential hazards.
4. Conduct laboratory safety drills, such as fire drills to ensure equipment is properly functioning ａｎｄ staff are aware of what to do in an emergency.
5. Conduct investigations investigate regarding accidents ａｎｄ emergencies.
6. Ensure the organization is compliant with legislative ａｎｄ regulatory requirements, conduct trainings with staff to make sure they are aware of regulations ａｎｄ procedures ａｎｄ provide guidance.
7. Keep records of daily activities, monitor workers compensation program ａｎｄ maintain reference materials.
8. Support other university health ａｎｄ safety initiatives
个人要求、任职资格:
1. Extensive knowledge of government ａｎｄ local laws ａｎｄ statistical analysis on safety.
2. Knowledge of principles ａｎｄ practices of occupational safety ａｎｄ health programme administration.
3. Ability to plan, organise, promote, ａｎｄ implement a comprehensive health/safety programme.
4. On a continuous basis, know ａｎｄ understａｎｄ all aspects of the job.
5. Considerable knowledge of intermittently analyse work papers, reports ａｎｄ special projects.
6. Ability to identify ａｎｄ interpret technical ａｎｄ numerical information
