| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Responsible for designing high-quality promotional ａｎｄ other brａｎｄed materials for the University. This would include adverts, posters, flyers, prospectuses, digital banners, event support, ａｎｄ campus brａｎｄing.
2. Regular direct contact with other designers ａｎｄ the Marketing Manager(s) to discuss design options ａｎｄ make recommendations.
3. Liaise with external print agencies to obtain print quotes on behalf of the University ａｎｄ support the printing process for all jobs. This will include chasing print quotes, ａｎｄ providing solutions to print issues ａｎｄ problems.
4. Liaise with external promotional gift companies to get samples, quotes ａｎｄ provide artwork for all promotional gifts the University will request.
5. Day-to-day responsibility for the XJTLU online image library. This will include •； Uploading new images, this includes adding keywords ａｎｄ creating folders. •； training staff on the image library •； providing advice ａｎｄ support to Student Photography Club on photography taking into consideration our brａｎｄ guidelines
6. Support the management of the design filing system
7. Provide guidance to Design Interns on a daily basis this includes: •； providing training for design packages, i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, ａｎｄ Adobe Illustrator •； managing their work load
8. Support the management of the XJTLU brａｎｄ across the University, offering advice ａｎｄ solutions to any brａｎｄing issues.
个人要求、任职资格:
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (技能)
1. Knowledge of all relevant processes including printing processes
2. Must be proficient in CS6 (including Indesign, Photoshop ａｎｄ Illustrator)
3. Must be able to use Mac OS
4. Good communication skills
5. Accuracy ａｎｄ attention to detail
6. Calm under pressure ａｎｄ prepared for challenges
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE (资历)
1. An honours degree or equivalent preferably in graphic design or art-related field is essential； ａｎｄ
2. Some experience working in a design team environment in a professional capacity is essential. Preferred:
3. Work experience in a marketing or educational environment；
4. Honours degree in graphic design.
注：熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
