岗位职责、工作范围:
•； Day-to-day maintenance of the website, ensuring all content is accurate ａｎｄ working with UMC’s Content Marketing ａｎｄ Media Team to ｕｐｄａｔｅ, under the supervision of the Web Development Manager
•； Implement changes requested to the website content through the change request process
•； Support working with external agencies to implement new developments/functionality
•； Coordinate with UMC’s Content Marketing ａｎｄ Media Team engagement with Academic Schools ａｎｄ Professional Service Directorates to maintain web content
•； Regular collection, analysis ａｎｄ reporting on website statistics, using data from Google Analytics, Google Webｍａｓｔｅ Tools, Baidu Tongji, Baidu Zhanzhang, survey responses ａｎｄ other relevant sources
•； Coordinate the review ａｎｄ analysis of customer feedback ａｎｄ website statistics
•； Support the Web Development Manager in ensuring the digital brａｎｄ guidelines are adhered to
•； Conduct ａｎｄ monitor tests to improve website performance, including speed, security ａｎｄ stability with the Management Information Technology ａｎｄ System Office (MITS)
•； Coordinate ａｎｄ implement other research ａｎｄ analysis that will impact website ａｎｄ general marketing success including optimising customer journeys ａｎｄ user experience, under the direction of the Web Development Manager
•； To act as point of contact for cover； ａｎｄ
•； Other duties as assigned.

Skills ａｎｄ Knowledge (技能)
•； Excellent English verbal ａｎｄ written communication skills； Chinese language an advantage； bi-lingual proficiency is preferred
•； Passionate about web technology, online business models, e-commerce ａｎｄ integrated digital communications
•； Good understａｎｄing of online publishing
•； Strong organisational ａｎｄ project management skills
•； Strong interpersonal skills
•； Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes Qualifications ａｎｄ Experience (资历)
•； Undergraduate degree in a computer science, information technology or related discipline
•； Two to four years experience in a similar role
•； Experience with content management systems (CMS)； MODx an advantage
•； Experience with web analytics applications ａｎｄ tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Webｍａｓｔｅ Tools； Baidu Tongji ａｎｄ Baidu Zhanzhang an advantage
•； Demonstrable experience in collecting ａｎｄ analysing data from multiple sources to develop ａｎｄ continually improve website activity ａｎｄ make insightful ａｎｄ sound recommendations
•； Demonstrate customer understａｎｄing
•； Demonstrate a can-do attitude
•； Current understａｎｄing of what makes a good user experience (UX)
•； Comfortable with liaising with individuals at all levels
