| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
Service Engineer is an integrated member of Management Information Technology ａｎｄ System (MITS) Office ａｎｄ is responsible for the internal support to teachers, students ａｎｄ other staff, which include ——
1.Prepare/maintain PCs,telephones ａｎｄ printers for staffs；
2.Setup ａｎｄ maintain the PCs in the students’ computer labs；
3.Software ａｎｄ hardware installation, configuration ａｎｄ test；
4.PC re-imaging by using Ghost；
5.Basic software ａｎｄ hardware troubleshooting；
6.Maintain teaching equipment for teaching staffs；
7.Supporting ａｎｄ serving the big events；
8.Compile the user documentation ａｎｄ staff training；
9.Manage ａｎｄ resolve problems assigned by helpdesk or operations
10.Any other concerning IT works
个人要求、任职资格:
Skills ａｎｄ Knowledge
1. Familiar to computer desktop
2. Good English skill ａｎｄ no communication obstacle；
3. Team-working, transparency spirit, patience ａｎｄ interest in learning new technologies.
4. Willingness to learn in an international university environment
Qualifications ａｎｄ Experience
Bachelor Degree or above , majoring is not limited to Computer Science；
注：熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
