岗位职责、工作范围:
The Senior Video ａｎｄ Asset Management Officer creates, manages, edits ａｎｄ produces video ａｎｄ multimedia for marketing ａｎｄ communication plans that promote XJTLU’s brａｎｄ both locally ａｎｄ globally. S/he will also be responsible for managing video assets, equipment purchasing ａｎｄ maintenance, ａｎｄ archiving of strategic videos ａｎｄ footage for the University. The position will report to the Video ａｎｄ Multimedia Producer of University Marketing ａｎｄ Communication (UMC) ａｎｄ collaborate closely with colleagues within the Content Marketing ａｎｄ Media team ａｎｄ other UMC colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•； Work with the Video ａｎｄ Multimedia Producer ａｎｄ marketing ａｎｄ communication managers to help establish ａｎｄ coordinate the annual objectives ａｎｄ plan for video ａｎｄ multimedia communication.
•； Create compelling video ａｎｄ multimedia communication ａｎｄ innovative visual concepts that communicate the University’s distinctive brａｎｄ.
•； Arrange, plan ａｎｄ produce video projects； coordinate work flow for multiple simultaneous projects.
•； Research ａｎｄ source original video productions； support the development of concepts, treatments, storyboards, ｓｃｒｉｐｔs ａｎｄ pre-production plans.
•； Organize shooting schedules with strong attention to detail； implement filming, lighting ａｎｄ sound recording； coordinate film crews.
•； Edit visual ａｎｄ audio footage, incorporating music, graphics ａｎｄ post-production techniques to create high quality videos.
•； Coordinate ａｎｄ collaborate with outside vendors to make sure projects are delivered effectively, on time ａｎｄ at a high quality.
•； Manage the video data base ａｎｄ video assets for the University, ensuring that digital media are catalogued ａｎｄ available to UMC colleagues ａｎｄ other offices ａｎｄ departments.
•； Coordinate acquisition ａｎｄ maintenance of all video equipment ａｎｄ assist in procurement of equipment ａｎｄ accessories as required.
•； Manage ａｎｄ monitor budgets for video productions.
个人要求、任职资格:
QUALIFICATIONS
•； Bachelor Degree or above in communication, media, journalism, or related disciplines.
•； 4-5 years of experience as a video producer at an agency, production company or video unit within an organisation.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
•； High level understａｎｄing of both technical ａｎｄ creative processes for video production.
•； Demonstrated high level skills using video production software including: Final Cut Pro, Premiere, EDIUS, After Effects etc.
•； Proactive approach to new creative opportunities ａｎｄ be able to initiate ａｎｄ develop new ideas with the team.
•； A good understａｎｄing of video equipment ａｎｄ the ability to keep on top of new software ａｎｄ hardware developments
•； Extensive experience with different types of digital marketing ａｎｄ social media.
•； Detail-oriented, well organized ａｎｄ able to prioritise tasks within a deadline.
•； Good communication in both written ａｎｄ verbal English ａｎｄ Chinese.
•； Ability to work in a team ａｎｄ individually
•； Able to problem solve ａｎｄ think strategically
•； Strong attention to detail
•； Willingness to travel
