职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
* Develop and implement PR and branding plans and programmes to support all round IBSS activities with appropriate key performance indicators and other measurements of success; * Oversee and/or implement a variety of branding and positioning research initiatives including information / intelligence on the sector in which the School operates, competitive intelligence in order to maintain and improve IBSS’ image, brand, identity and profile; * Contribute to student recruitment strategy and activities; prepare bespoke campaign material and evaluate feedback for future inclusion in programme; * Contribute to develop and manage the School’s advertising, public engagement, promotional events; * Manage the School’s web content and associated digital media initiatives and develop and implement the School’s social media strategy; * Build and manage IBSS’ constituent relationship and branding database which includes client and prospective client information, mailing lists, etc., coordinating with colleagues throughout the School and the University; * Be flexible for assigned relevant professional service duties as they come.
个人要求、任职资格:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in business or branding / marketing; CIM Diploma or equivalent postgraduate qualification/s are preferred; * Minimum of five years of experience in public relationship management / branding / marketing management in a corporate or institutional setting is required; minimum of three years of directly relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of higher education and business education is preferred; * Command in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential; * High professional level of branding and business writing skills is essential; excellent oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required; * Experience of managing public relations and promotional strategies including developing press releases, coordinating media outreach and organizing promotional events; is required; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; ability to work extended and flexible hours including evenings or weekends is required; * Significant experience with digital media is strongly preferred; * Experience of working with creative teams to develop complex projects such as collateral, videos, websites or advertising is highly preferred. Personal Qualities * Highly productive self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and effectively manage competing priorities and tight deadlines; * Excellent planner and project manager who is resourceful and analytical with a well-developed ability to research, evaluate information, plan strategies and assess risk; * Well-developed interpersonal, negotiating and communication abilities; ability to work within teams, to speak publicly, to interact with different stakeholders and sectors, to gain new allies and to promote coalition work; * Skilful leader with good judgment who can provide direction in planning
