| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
•； Working closely with the research community, monitor ongoing research for early identification of intellectual property arising from XJTLU research projects；
•； Developing ａｎｄ advising on optimum protection ａｎｄ commercialisation strategies in collaboration with colleagues ａｎｄ professional advisers where appropriate；
•； Building market knowledge ａｎｄ a high level of understａｎｄing of relevant market sectors；
•； Implementing commercial strategies including negotiating licence agreements；
•； Promoting awareness of the importance of IP ａｎｄ other commercial issues in University research；
•； Developing ａｎｄ supporting relationships between industry ａｎｄ academia at all stages of research engagement；
•； Working closely with the external counsel during the review ａｎｄ drafting of relevant agreements；
•； Other relevant duties as agreed with the Team Leader, Research Support.
Position Qualification Requirement
个人要求、任职资格:
Skills ａｎｄ Knowledge
•； A knowledge of the IP protection, IP rights law, ａｎｄ IP policy；
•； Ability to assimilate ａｎｄ understａｎｄ scientific ａｎｄ technological issues；
•； Self-starter capable of identifying ａｎｄ assessing opportunities for commercialisation ａｎｄ networking with academics ａｎｄ industrialists to realise those opportunities；
•； Strong organizational, administrative skills ａｎｄ communication skills.
•； A team player
Qualifications ａｎｄ Experience
•； A post-graduate qualification in relevant technical area(BioMedcine/ICT). A PhD or MBA is desirable but not essential；
•； Appropriate work experience within the academic ａｎｄ/or industrial environment, ideally involving the identification ａｎｄ commercialisation of intellectual property (IP) through licensing ａｎｄ/or new enterprise development；
•； Track record in building ａｎｄ supporting business relationships ａｎｄ partnerships；
注：熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
