| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Assistant in the campus construction ａｎｄ renovation projects. Participate in terms of the project quality control, schedule control, safety, alteration of the process ａｎｄ other related work ａｎｄ report to the supervisor.
2. Be responsible for the on-site supervision ａｎｄ management for projects ａｎｄ participate in finished projects inspection ａｎｄ hａｎｄover related work, in ｃｈａｒge of construction documents archiving ａｎｄ other related paper work.
3. To assist in the communication between the university ａｎｄ the design institutes, construction project management company, construction supervision Company ａｎｄ other relevant outside units in solving the problems during the project ａｎｄ ensure university’s demａｎｄs can be assured during the process of project.
4. To assist in deal with request of engineering problems from staff ａｎｄ students ａｎｄ give technic support to follow up the problem-solving process.
5. To support the daily normal operation of current campus facilities ａｎｄ also the undertaking construction projects.
6. Be responsible for any other duties commensurate with the level ａｎｄ grade of this post, ａｎｄ any other tasks assigned as needed.
个人要求、任职资格:
1. Good stａｎｄard of general education. 2~3 working experience. Working experience in design institute is preferred.
2. College degree or above with major in civil engineering, construction engineering or structure engineering is preferred.
3. Good skill in Microsoft Office Software, CAD ａｎｄ other commonly used software
4. CET-4 or above. Good commａｎｄ of English both in writing ａｎｄ speaking
5. Good interpersonal, communication skills, as well good customer service.
6. Ability to organize ａｎｄ coordinate a variety of administration tasks in a busy office environment. 7. Good team work spirit ａｎｄ problem solving capabilities.
注：熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
