| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Manage a team of recruitment officers ａｎｄ student ambassadors
2. Develop ａｎｄ manage a high functioning, global network of recruitment agents ａｎｄ ensure a high level of quality control ａｎｄ effective ａｎｄ timely training
3. Undertake the promotion of the University for recruiting international students (HK, Macao ａｎｄ Taiwan included)；
4. Devise market development strategies ａｎｄ establish the core recruitment infrastructure in new markets
5. Design new channel development strategies especially for short courses, visiting programmes, summer schools ａｎｄ other new courses ａｎｄ services
6. Designing ａｎｄ organizing student recruitment events, outreach ａｎｄ other on ａｎｄ off-campus activities for international schools in China
7. Work with University Marketing ａｎｄ Communication ａｎｄ Business School recruitment manager to develop effective promotion ａｎｄ marketing campaigns
8. Work with UMC ａｎｄ other units to source ａｎｄ analyze market research ａｎｄ market data to help develop recruitment strategies
9. Other tasks assigned by the director of the office.
个人要求、任职资格:
1. At least 3-year working experience similar sector (overseas study ａｎｄ working experiences preferred)
2. Line management experience
3. Good personal abilities, coupled with excellent capacity of exploring the overseas market ａｎｄ willingness to take the responsibilities.
4. General knowledge of student admissions procedures, policies ａｎｄ regulations；
5. Fluent English Language skills, interpersonal ａｎｄ communication skills；
6. Knowledge of languages of other key markets (Korea/ Indonesia/ Taiwan) is an advantage
7. Excellent organizational skills, with ability to manage ａｎｄ coordinate a variety of admin tasks in a busy office environment；
注：熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
