| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Coordinate academic mapping ａｎｄ completion of approvals documentation.
2. Act as a central point of contact ａｎｄ expert advice for departmental international liaison officers
3. set up incoming visits ａｎｄ support outgoing visits to partner ａｎｄ potential partner universities
4. occasionally visit partners outside China to support relationship development
5.provide appropriate information to XJTLU partners working with the Registry ａｎｄ other departments as required
6. coordinate ａｎｄ collect data ａｎｄ process paperwork for annual review of partnerships
7. set up ａｎｄ support information events for XJTLU students on outbound study abroad opportunities
8. create materials to provide accurate, timely ａｎｄ well written information to outbound ａｎｄ inbound study abroad students
9. work with student engagement team to coordinate accommodation, visas ａｎｄ other student services for inbound study abroad students
个人要求、任职资格:
1. Ability to read, write, speak ａｎｄ understａｎｄ English at a high level of working competence.
2. Good organisation ａｎｄ coordination skills with the ability to multi task ａｎｄ manage multiple projects simultaneously
3. excellent presentation, communication ａｎｄ interpersonal skills
4. experience working, studying or travelling outside China
5. a good knowledge of education systems globally
6. ability ａｎｄ willingness to travel independently outside China
7. willingness to occasionally work evenings ａｎｄ weekends during peak periods
8. Ability to read, write, speak ａｎｄ understａｎｄ Chinese at a high level of competence.
9. Ability to read, write, speak ａｎｄ understａｎｄ other languages desirable.
10. Masters degree preferred.
