职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
Planning, resource modelling and allocation 1. Act as the secretary of University Planning and Resource Committee to operate and manage the committee functions 2. Act as a driving force for the University’s central planning function 3. Translate the University strategies into planning and resource deployment and utilisation, with focus on university financial sustainability and resource utilisation efficiency 4. Design and deploy resource allocation models 5. Lead the resource planning processes, including organizing the periodical planning process, implementing university strategies at all levels of university functions, consolidating the university planning outcome and monitoring and evaluating the execution and outcome of approved plans 6. Develop the University’s use of internal data and production of management information to support the planning functions and to inform and monitor University performance. Business development (BD) 7. Seek for qualified business development opportunities for the University, which are in support of University values and future development sustainability 8. Build up and maintain close and long-term engagement and connections with the external partners valued for University business development 9. Lead the generation of feasibility studies for new business development projects, by effectively integrating internal and external resources 10. Collaborate with external legal advisors to generate business development agreements to maximise the value and interests of the University 11. Coordinate with relevant University functions to ensure appropriate deployment of resources to support business development activities 12. Monitor the effectiveness and financial sustainability of on-going business development projects in terms of agreement execution, project progress and outcome Person specification
个人要求、任职资格:
1. Extensive experience of resource planning and budgeting 2. Extensive experience of working collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff across an organisation 3. Extensive experience of project management 4. Experience of providing advice and guidance to senior staff 5. Experience of business development projects 6. Experience of working in higher education institute(s) is desirable 7. Experience of working at a senior level in an organization, preferably within an internal context Education Master’s degree or higher in management, marketing or finance Skills and Attributes 1. Fluent in both English and Chinese languages with proficient written and oral skills and excellent communication skills 2. Excellent business writing skills 3. Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities 4. Strong leadership in coordinating efforts of different function teams within an organisation 5. Excellent stress management skills
