| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Operating ILEAD WeChat public platform、website、weblog,、E-mail ａｎｄ other online channels；
2. Being familiar with social media communication methods, such as weblog, WeChat, forums, ａｎｄ using online channels to create word of mouth；
3. Using online platforms to promote ILEAD brａｎｄ ａｎｄ activities；
4. Managing virtual discussion system ａｎｄ ILEAD website；
5. Planning ａｎｄ editing original articles ａｎｄ being good at grasping the best time to release；
6. Increasing visitors ａｎｄ users of online platforms, realizing channel drainage, transforming potential users, revitalizing current users；
7. Analyzing users’ needs, collecting users’ feedback, ａｎｄ making reasonable online operating strategy；
个人要求、任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 2+ years related experience in marketing； Related experience in education industry is preferred；
2. With strong writing ａｎｄ oral ability in both English ａｎｄ Chinese；
3. With strong learning ａｎｄ ｅｘｅｃutive ability；
4. Self-motivated, enthusiastic ａｎｄ innovative
5. Outgoing individual, excellent interpersonal ａｎｄ networking skills
6. Able to work as a strong team member, as assigned
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Sense of customer focus
9. Calm under pressure
10. Able to work occasionally on evenings/weekends for special events or projects
