| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Run a Civil Engineering laboratory for structural, soil ａｎｄ hydraulic experiments to support both teaching ａｎｄ research.
2. Provide provision of laboratory support, particularly in the area of:
a) Manufacture ａｎｄ testing of cementations ａｎｄ bituminous specimens；
b) Hydraulic testing ａｎｄ flow measurement；
c) Collection, preparation ａｎｄ testing of soil specimens；
d) Data collection ａｎｄ instrumentation.
3. Assist with the specification, procurement, installation ａｎｄ care /maintenance of laboratory equipment；
4. Setup ａｎｄ follow laboratory health ａｎｄ safety procedures ａｎｄ controls；
5. Take care ａｎｄ perform regular maintenance of equipment in the laboratories；
6. Provide training ａｎｄ supervision for undergraduate ａｎｄ postgraduate students ａｎｄ postdoctoral research staff in the use of equipment ａｎｄ control systems；
7. Ensure that health ａｎｄ safety procedures are rigorously followed by all students ａｎｄ staffs working in the laboratory.
个人要求、任职资格:
Cａｎｄidates will have first degree ａｎｄ knowledge in Civil Engineering or an appropriate field to support undergraduate ａｎｄ postgraduate laboratory teaching ａｎｄ research projects in the Department of Civil Engineering. It is expected that the cａｎｄidates will have good communication skills in English. Technician or graduate membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or Institution of Structural Engineers (IstructE) or similar would be an added advantage.
薪酬待遇、晋升制度:
The salary range for the positions is 4,342 – 10,668 RMB/month
