| 职位描述 |
岗位职责、工作范围:
1. Plan ａｎｄ implement Institute’s promotion schedule in terms of strategic promotion for each activity hold by business units；
2. Closely work with research team to transfer ａｎｄ promote the research opinion ａｎｄ innovative thought timely ａｎｄ professionally；
3. Establish relationship with giant media ａｎｄ to explore strategic cooperation media partners；
4. Closely work with giant media on Institute’s new action ａｎｄ innovation thought spreading；
5. Plan ａｎｄ implement Institute’s online ａｎｄ onsite promotion activities, ａｎｄ other forms of promotion activities, aiming for building brａｎｄ influence of the Institute；
6. Managing the operation of the Institute’s social media platform；
7. Other work assigned by the line manager.
Position Qualification Requirement
个人要求、任职资格:
1. Have education background of higher education ａｎｄ elementary education ａｎｄ basic understａｎｄing of domestic education reform；
2. Have the ability of insight thinking ａｎｄ solid ｅｘｅｃution；
3. Good writing ａｎｄ editing skills, excellent oral communication, presentation ａｎｄ interpersonal skills both in English ａｎｄ Chinese；
4. Creative thinking, highly detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility ａｎｄ good communication skills；
5. Ability to work ａｎｄ communication with a wide range of people representing various backgrounds, levels of training ａｎｄ career stages；
6. Expert in Microsoft Office Suite ａｎｄ social media tools are particular.
Qualifications ａｎｄ Experience (资历)
1. Bachelors’ degree or above in education, management, communication or literal arts ａｎｄ humanities studies；
2. Two years’ work experience or above in communication, information editing ａｎｄ processing, or education field.
注：熟悉《五略管理法》者优先。
